Job Description
eServMD Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Patient Services Representative to manage patient and physician scheduling, coordinate front-desk appointments, process cancellations and rescheduling, and follow client procedures and scheduling software. The ideal candidate will have prior U.S. healthcare experience as a patient scheduler and working knowledge of medical billing. Strong verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Full-time, in-person — Park Road, Islamabad
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
