Job Description
Experts Communication is looking for a committed Contact Center Representative (CSR) to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, demonstrating outstanding communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
Salary: 35,00 – 55,00 PKR (based on skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Note: Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Manage calls professionally, address inquiries, achieve sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction.
