Job Description
Far 360 Consultancy seeks a Food Cost Controller to monitor and control hotel F&B costs to optimize profitability. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management and has 4–6 years of hospitality cost-control experience (preferred in 4–5‑star hotels).
- Strong skills in F&B cost management, inventory control, and procurement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost and variance reports
- Supervise operational costs versus budgets and conduct stock audits
- Coordinate with Accounts and Purchasing to reduce waste and pilferage; review receiving reports and transfers
- Full-time, on-site role. Compensation: Rs90,00–Rs115,00/month
