Job Description
We seek a contractual Community Mobilization Officer (1 position; maximum age 40) to support a climate resilience project in Multan and project sites across Pakistan (Dec 2025–Jun 2026). The position reports to the Project Manager.
- Lead community mobilization on climate resilience, water conservation, and green city concepts.
- Form and support community groups for operation and maintenance; conduct stakeholder consultations, FGDs, and social mapping.
- Mainstream gender and inclusion; document feedback, grievances, and success stories.
- Prepare clear reports and coordinate with local stakeholders.
Qualifications: BA/MA in Social Sciences, Development, or Environmental Studies; minimum 4 years of community engagement; proficiency with PRA tools, facilitation, local language(s), and report writing.
