Role Summary: Fluffy Fluffy UK is looking for a dedicated Finance & Business Performance Manager to supervise financial operations across our stores. This multifaceted role includes hands-on bookkeeping and strategic analysis to improve our decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll functions.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and cash flow statements.
- Deliver financial insights aimed at operational improvement.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Work closely with accountants to ensure compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in finance management.
- Expertise in UK SME finance, with a preference for F&B or retail.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
