Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is in search of a dedicated and experienced Recovery Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for prompt recovery of outstanding payments while fostering professional relationships with clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue payments via calls and emails.
- Negotiate payment plans in accordance with company policies.
- Perform field visits for collections.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of collections or recovery experience.
Compensation: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
