Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and highly skilled General Manager of Production to oversee and enhance our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
Location: 13-KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Salary: PKR 200,00 – 300,00/month
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in a production leadership role
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations to meet targets
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Facilitate collaboration across departments
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity
