Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to manage HR operations at Karachi Airport. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing employee attendance and discipline across rotational shifts (A, B, C). The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for HR inquiries, maintain detailed shift-wise HR records, and ensure compliance with all policies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in HR.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
