Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join one of our prominent clients in Karachi. The selected candidate will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimizing workflow, all while leading a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production staff to achieve set targets.
- Implement safety protocols and uphold quality control measures.
- Monitor equipment functionality and oversee maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Evaluate production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effectively resolve operational and personnel-related issues.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, at least 12-14 years of formal education, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
