Job Description
Fun City is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer who will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience. In this position, you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Fun City.
- Showcase our diverse products while addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to effectively track leads.
- Report weekly sales objectives to the Centre Manager.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Demonstrate a courteous and friendly demeanor at all times.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
Preferred skills: Knowledge of SEO, proficiency in media editing software, and excellent communication abilities.
