Job Description
Future Tech, a reputable mobile phone brand expanding in Pakistan, is looking for a motivated Service Logistics Coordinator. This pivotal role connects our service centers, collection points, and customers to ensure an exceptional after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily dispatch and delivery of mobile devices.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of deliveries and returns.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their device status.
- Collaborate with logistics staff for timely dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing devices.
- Prepare and distribute delivery and service status reports.
- Work closely with customer service and technical support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
