Job Description
Gatron (Industries) Limited, a premier manufacturing company based in Pakistan, is looking for a skilled Process Shift Incharge to join our Molding Department at the Hub Chowki plant.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for overseeing the shift handover, managing operators, ensuring the smooth operation of molding machines, and verifying quality results. Additionally, you will calculate performance metrics, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain comprehensive records of all operations.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a DAE/B Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations.
We offer a competitive salary, along with transportation and meals.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
