Job Description
Genetics Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to provide outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple platforms.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
