Job Description
Genixa Services is looking for a meticulous E-commerce Data Entry Specialist to oversee product listings and customer support for our eBay and WooCommerce platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing product listings, addressing customer inquiries, and handling online order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product listings
- Accurately upload product information
- Professionally respond to customer messages
- Process online orders and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the warehouse on dispatch updates
Requirements: Candidates must possess computer proficiency, the ability to work independently, and experience with eBay and WooCommerce is preferred. Applicants should be located near the North Karachi Industrial Area.
