Job Description
Ghani Ceramics Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled Senior Supervisor for Ceramic Design to enhance our creative team. The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in ceramic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement standard operating procedures (S.O.P).
- Verify and guide design direction.
- Manage and analyze ink reactions.
- Ensure precision in color tones.
- Collect design parameters and submit detailed reports.
- Minimize sampling waste.
- Conduct training sessions for labor staff.
- Complete tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
