Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring operating systems and software, maintaining computer networks and systems, and upgrading both hardware and software. Additional duties include managing the wireless network, conducting online meetings, training employees on new software, and maintaining an inventory of IT assets. The specialist will also provide online support during weekends, install and monitor CCTV systems, and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office.
Qualifications: A minimum of an IT degree is required, along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
