Job Description
GIFT University, located in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Executive to provide thorough administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Zoom meeting links, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards. Additional duties include maintaining databases, organizing events, and collaborating effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
Experience: A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years in administration or management.
Skills Required: Exceptional communication skills, strong operational management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools.
