Job Description
Global Tech Solutions seeks a full-time, on-site Upwork Bidder to identify, bid, and win projects in Website & Mobile Development, UI/UX, and Graphic Design. Night shift (Mon–Sat) based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Craft tailored proposals and manage Upwork messages and client calls
- Assess client requirements and coordinate with design, development, and PM teams
- Track bids, conversions, and meet monthly targets
Requirements: 2–4 years as an Upwork bidder or BDE with proven success; excellent English; strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-management skills. Competitive salary, commissions, and advancement opportunities provided.
