Job Description
Golden Pearl Cosmetics is seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Area Sales Manager based in Faisalabad to oversee IMT/LMT stores and lead IMT/LMT field teams. The role focuses on stock verification, ensuring product availability and visibility, cultivating strong store relationships, and meeting sales targets.
- Responsibilities: conduct store audits, coach and supervise teams, manage key account relations, and drive sales performance.
- Requirements: 5–7 years’ Key Accounts (IMT/LMT) experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; deep market knowledge; excellent communication; advanced Excel and computer skills.
Full-time, in-person position. Salary: Rs75,00–Rs120,00 per month.
