Job Description
Grand City is actively seeking a highly skilled Head of Internal Audit to spearhead our auditing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting a customized internal audit plan, evaluating internal controls, and performing audits across crucial operational areas. Additionally, you will compile detailed audit reports for senior management, assess lease agreements, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a talented audit team.
Applicants should possess a strong understanding of audit principles, risk management, and real estate operations. Exceptional analytical and communication skills are imperative for this role.
