Job Description
We are looking for a committed and experienced Head of Customer Service Department (CSD) to oversee our Kharian and Arifwala projects at Grand City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring that quality standards align with business objectives, and collaborating closely with the marketing team on various campaigns.
Your primary duties will include supervising call center operations, enhancing recovery processes, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management review.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,00.00 to Rs180,00.00 and requires in-person attendance.
