Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (male) to enhance our team. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR operations and labor laws, coupled with a strong commitment to creating a productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting payroll preparation, professionally addressing employee inquiries, drafting HR policies, and coordinating performance evaluations.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
