Job Description
Location: Onsite – Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
H3 Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for the position of QA & Technical Lead. This role involves conducting both manual and automated testing of software products, as well as delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs effectively
- Provide technical assistance to clients through chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in QA or technical support
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress is a plus
Compensation: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month
