Job Description
HCM International is actively searching for a skilled Payroll Officer to support our esteemed client in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing regular and off-cycle payroll, ensuring adherence to labor laws and tax regulations, and addressing employee payroll inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, the Payroll Officer will maintain payroll data for audits, leverage Oracle Fusion and HCM systems, and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing payroll processes.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (or at least a diploma) along with 3 to 5 years of payroll processing experience. A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
