Job Responsibilities:
- Check and verify online medicine orders received through the system
- Coordinate with warehouse and branch staff to confirm medicine availability
- Ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
- Manage order issues such as out-of-stock medicines or delivery complaints
- Respond to internal queries related to online pharmacy orders
- Maintain accurate records of daily orders and deliveries
- Assist with stock adjustments and returns if necessary
