Job Description
Healthwire Private Limited is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Incharge to lead our pharmacy team. In this role, you will inspire a staff of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing inventory management, monitoring prescription accuracy, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also analyze sales trends and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a strong work ethic, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a branch manager or ASM in a chain pharmacy.
