Job Description
Heytech Limited is looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team for an international campaign. The successful candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support and excel in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Engage and communicate effectively with international customers.
- Address and resolve complaints and inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information and assist with order processing.
- Exude a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts as required.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
