Job Description
We are looking for a talented and meticulous Quantity Surveyor to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction cost management, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
Key responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, performing cost analyses, and overseeing project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver precise cost estimates and forecasts throughout the project’s lifecycle.
To be considered, applicants should have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
