Job Description
Horizon Technologies is looking for a committed Customer Service Executive to assist with customer inquiries through various e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will engage professionally with customers, manage returns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Oversee the processing of returns and refunds.
- Work closely with logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Aim for exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Location: Karachi, on-site evening shift.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
