Job Description
Hot N Spicy is looking for a dedicated Feedback Supervisor to oversee customer feedback through call monitoring and reporting. This role focuses on evaluating recorded customer interactions to ensure service quality, identify recurring issues, and support performance enhancements across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review recorded customer calls for quality assurance.
- Identify service deficiencies based on customer feedback.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of issues and suggestions.
- Coordinate with various departments for prompt resolutions.
- Create reports on feedback trends.
- Offer insights for training and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Matric or Intermediate qualification, prior experience in call monitoring or customer service preferred, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
