Job Description
HR Force International is in search of a proactive Sales Cold Caller to enhance our outbound sales efforts. The primary responsibilities include making 100-150 cold calls daily while achieving a response rate of 10% to 15%. Candidates must ensure exceptional lead quality and maintain accurate updates in our CRM system, HubSpot.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in sales development, outstanding communication skills, and familiarity with various sales tools. A genuine passion for sales coupled with strong time management skills is essential. Experience or knowledge in compliance or SaaS will be beneficial.
