Job Description

HRCONSOL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to enhance daily HR operations at a prestigious hospitality venue. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing attendance systems, payroll coordination, and fostering employee engagement, all while collaborating effectively with the HR, Finance, and Security departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate attendance records and utilize attendance software.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation in conjunction with the Finance team.
  • Oversee cafeteria operations and manage employee locker assignments.
  • Execute HR security tasks, including the management of employee ID cards.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintain records for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and attendance software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00/month
