HRPSP, a strategic HR partner, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Manager for a leading client in Muridke. This role will involve overseeing operations at a high-precision Animal Nutrition Mixing Plant, ensuring production targets are met while implementing safety protocols and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve production targets, manage daily operations, enforce safety standards, and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with over 10 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership positions.

Salary: Rs250,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
