Job Description

HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner is currently seeking a Senior Executive Field Security professional. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Tower Site Security, focusing on the prevention of equipment, power, and fuel theft. We highly encourage applications from retired Police or Military personnel who have established strong public relations within their respective regions.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
• 10-15 years of experience in Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
• Familiarity with legal proceedings related to theft
• Exceptional communication skills
• Personal transportation and willingness to travel as required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate security efforts with the designated Security Company
• Maintain regular communication with LEAs and government bodies
• Monitor security protocols within your assigned region
