Position: Customer Support Representative
Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries with tact, managing class schedules, processing exam bookings, and providing outstanding service to elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required, alongside strong English language skills. A minimum of 1 year in customer support is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Rs65,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
