Job Description
Hurak, a leading UK EdTech, seeks a full-time on-site Customer Support Representative based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM. Excellent spoken and written English is required.
- Responsibilities: respond to queries, requests, and complaints; manage classes, exam bookings, and certifications; deliver end-to-end customer service; take ownership of transactions; address objections and enhance customer experience.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; strong written and verbal English; 0–1 year experience—freshers welcome.
