Job Description
I Tech is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to join our nighttime operations. This full-time position is based on-site in Lahore, Pakistan, with hours from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Enjoy your Sundays off!
The successful candidate will manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent assistance to our customers, and actively promote our services. A strong command of the English language is crucial for this role.
Qualifications: Minimum one year of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and a professional demeanor are required.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,00 to 120,00, along with performance-based incentives!
