Job Description
IAServices is seeking a dedicated Telemarketing / Call Center Agent to become a vital part of our new outbound call center team. In this role, you will focus on cold calling and lead generation within the USA.
Please note that this position requires working from our office located in Garden Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct international cold calls.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current clients.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and monitor performance metrics.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in an international call center.
- Fluency in spoken English is essential.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
