Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at ibex. In this role, you will professionally answer calls, provide product and service information, and manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with the ability to work flexible shifts.
