Job Description
Idealancy, an online shopping store specializing in household and kitchen accessories across Pakistan, is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will manage customer phone calls, address inquiries regarding returned parcels, and coordinate with courier companies to enhance our delivery services. Additionally, the representative will prepare reports for management, reach out to customers about incomplete addresses, and facilitate communication within our internal teams.
Key Skills Required: Exceptional communication skills, proficient typing speed, and a collaborative team player attitude.
Location: North Nazimabad, Hyderi, near Dolmen Mall
Salary: PKR 25,00 – 35,00 (Based on experience)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
