Job Description
iGATE Technology is seeking a dedicated Logistic Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will:
- Address daily CTS inquiries from customer support and compliance teams.
- Report courier exceptions to the Customer Service department on a daily basis.
- Monitor couriers for parcels that exceed delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- File claims for parcels lost in transit.
- Maintain the claims report, including statuses of Accepted, Rejected, and In-Process.
- Engage in various tasks assigned by your reporting manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills are required.
