Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is currently looking for a dedicated HR Operations Officer to improve our HR functionalities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring the accuracy of employee records within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Your key responsibilities will include managing internal employee movements, generating comprehensive reports on headcount and attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs 50,00.00 – Rs 65,00.00.
