Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The role involves identifying training needs, designing and facilitating training programs, coordinating training logistics, and analyzing training effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs via surveys and interviews.
- Design and facilitate training programs, including e-learning and workshops.
- Coordinate training schedules and materials.
- Analyze training effectiveness for continual improvement.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Education: Master’s (Preferred)
