Job Description
INB is looking for a dedicated Assistant Import Export to join our dynamic team in DHA, Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in import-related activities and hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and document import processes efficiently.
- Communicate with international vendors and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate with banks for the processing of import documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and insurance providers.
- Organize import procedures, order placements, and logistics operations.
- Monitor and follow up on shipments closely.
- Verify, file, and maintain accurate records of all import documentation.
