Job Description
Indigo Developers is looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to enhance sales growth and nurture client relationships in the Karachi region. This pivotal role involves leading a team of sales executives and formulating effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to fine-tune sales strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) along with 6–8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity, and outstanding communication skills are required.
Job Location: Karachi (in-person). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00/month.
