Experience Required: 3 Years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related field. Training in Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), hygiene promotion, or community engagement is preferred.

Relevant Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in community mobilization and behavior change programming.
• Experience working with health facilities, schools, or local influencers is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute SBCC project plans at the district level.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to create inclusive messaging.
• Coordinate with health staff to ensure BCC sessions are aligned with service delivery.
