Job Description

Insight Customer Call Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and promote our products and services over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Provide product/service information
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain customer interaction records

Requirements:
