What You Will Do:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide assistance to customers with their inquiries and solutions.
- Accurately maintain records in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site)
