What You’ll Do:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries and solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Confidence in addressing customer queries.
- Prior call center experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Availability for night shifts.

Requirements
