Job Description
IT Empire is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant HR Executive to enhance our HR functions. This pivotal role involves assisting in recruitment, managing employee records, overseeing payroll, facilitating training programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Manage attendance tracking and leave policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Facilitate training sessions and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 year of HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
